Samiratu Amenyah Mohammed, professionally known as MHEERAH, is a contemporary visual artist and founder of Samira Galería de Sueños. Her practice explores identity, memory, culture, nature and the human experience through distinctive visual narratives.

Working across contemporary fine art, her practice brings together realism, abstraction and expressive detail to create original works with a strong sense of story and identity.

Through Samira Galería de Sueños, Mohammed develops and presents original bodies of work while building relationships with collectors, galleries, curators and cultural institutions internationally.

Her current artistic practice includes DAIMA, a major body of work exploring African culture, identity, memory and living heritage through contemporary painting.
